Each Suite, a flower...
The names of our suites are inspired by three flowers that echo the names of three women who mean a great deal to us: Delia, Rosa, and Vanda: it’s our way of honoring their place in our lives Harmoniously joining the other flowers is the 'Fiori di Campo' loft, a tribute to the Fiori di Campo Aps Association in Bologna, an organization close to our hearts for its work with children and young people facing difficult times.

Our Commitment to the Environment
La panchina sul Porto was designed following the principles of a Green Home, with full respect for the natural environment in which it stands. We have achieved energy independence thanks to the installation of solar and photovoltaic panels. A deep well provides water for household use, and we’ve implemented a rainwater recovery system for garden irrigation.
The house is surrounded by the Mediterranean maquis, and the garden features native plants and species that enhance its beauty while requiring minimal watering.
In line with our eco-friendly approach, we’ve also installed a mosquito control misting system that uses only natural products.
Thanks to the photovoltaic system, all accommodations are equipped with cooling via fan coil units and underfloor heating, completely eliminating the need for fossil fuels.
