The loft features a terrace with a pergola, and the view overlooks the garden and the village of Capoliveri.
The living area is spacious, with a concealed kitchenette and a sofa bed (available if needed).
In the sleeping area, you'll find a French bed (140x190 cm).
For your breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a capsule coffee machine, a moka pot, and a microwave.
The windowed bathroom has a 150 cm shower, a toilet with a bidet shower.
Air conditioning is available, and for winter, the suite is heated with underfloor heating.

Rules to follow
Please kindly:
• Respect check-in times: 4:00 PM, and check-out by 10:00 AM, to allow the cleaning staff to prepare the accommodation for incoming guests. If you arrive before 4:00 PM, you may notify us of your early arrival to leave your luggage until your accommodation is ready.
• Smoke only outdoors and away from vegetation.
• Request extra services in advance (e.g., transfer to/from port/airport, crib, baby bed, high chair, electric car charger) – arrange with the property about bringing a pet.
• Respect quiet hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after midnight until 8:00 AM.
• Ensure pets and children do not wander into the lower part of the garden, which is not fully enclosed at the moment.
• Properly separate waste for recycling as indicated inside the accommodation.
Additionally, we offer the following services included:
